Place both SemiGrip handles on the bar or any lifting implement you are going to work with. Grab it so that SemiGrip handles are underneath RING and MIDDLE fingers. Execute the lift!
Lifting straps takes all the load out of your hands. Using lifting straps too often can put you in a situation where your grip strength severely lacks behind other muscle groups. Also, putting on and tightening lifting staps before every set can be frustrating and time-consuming.
We agree chalk is the best for increasing the grip. But there are certain times when you are not allowed to use lifting chalk. Lots of gyms prohibit the use of chalk because it's messy. Also, chalk leaves white handprints all over your clothes.
